    Ringo Starr and his All Starr Band and new tour dates through Europe and Israel for 2018. In June, the All Starrs embark on a 21 date tour that will kick off in Paris France and includes shows in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Monaco, Netherlands and Israel, concluding in Italy. The last time the All Starrs toured Europe was 2011.

    Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr will be reunited again on Starr's forthcoming album, Give More Love, coming September 15 on CD and digital formats from UMe. A vinyl version of the album will be out September 27. McCartney, along with Edgar Winter, Joe Walsh and Steve Lukather, perform on “We're on the Road Again,” co-written by Starr and Lukather, which leads off the album.     Ringo Starr announced a fall 2017 U.S. tour with his long-running All-Starr Band. The trek launches October 13th with an eight-date stint at Las Vegas' Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino and concludes November 16th in Newark, New Jersey.
    The current line-up of Starr's evolving live supergroup has been in place since 2012. The band features multi-instrumentalist/art-pop singer-songwriter Todd Rundgren, keyboardist Gregg Rolie (Santana, Journey), guitarist Steve Lukather (Toto), bassist Richard Page (Mr. Mister), woodwind player Warren Ham (Bloodrock, Kansas, Toto) and drummer Gregg Bissonette.

    TOTO has announced the first set of dates for their Summer U.S. tour, which will begin on June 2nd in Lake Charles, LA.  The shows are billed as “An Evening With Toto” and their performances will feature repertoire for their latest studio album XIV, classic hits, and both band and fan favorites from their vast catalog in performances that will stage two hours of music.  Last summer, Toto embarked their first U.S. headline run in over a decade.

    You can always tell when it's Christmas time in the Los Angeles area when a few things happen. When the temperatures dip to a chilling for us Californian's 50's or low 60's, the Christmas lights adorn the So Cal houses and when Nerve Bundle plays multiple nights at The Baked Potato. The fourth annual gathering of these guys once again consisted of Steve Lukather as the leader, comedian, singer, guitar player and host. Toss Panos on drums, Jeff Babko on keyboards and Jorgen Carlsson on bass.

    Extra, extra from Steve Lukather: "By overwhelming request a 3rd night has been added on Thursday December 1st. Two shows!"  

    Jeff Babko is a very talented multi instrumentalist who is probably most well known for being the keyboardist, musical arranger and composer on "Jimmy Kimmel Live". He tours with Steve Lukather/Larry Carlton, Robben Ford, James Taylor, Martin Short/Steve Martin and Sheryl Crow just to name a few. He even toured Europe with Toto in 2000. He is also part of "Nerve Bundle" where Jeff is joined by Steve Lukather (g,v), Toss Panos (d) and Jorgen Carlsson (b). Nerve Bundle is playing the legendary Baked Potato on December 2nd and 3rd two sets each night. I thought it was a great excuse to talk to Jeff and get an update from him as to what's going on in his musical life and beyond. 

  20. Reggie Boyle on 9/11 American Tour Ending Show Toto

    Toto was playing the last show of their American Tour that had criss crossed the States to sold out and nearly sold out venues. Mid State California at the Vina Robles Amphitheatre was the landing spot for this very successful jaunt. This was the first time in ages that Toto had hit the U.S. by themselves and it was with much triumph!. It had also been a long time that the Toto fans were treated to such a lengthy set list Stateside. The Toto machine has been gaining momentum in recent years.
